Mt Desert Island is located off the coast of the great state of Maine.
It's notorious for hosting the stunning Acadia National Park.

But outside of the park Mt. Desert Island has a stunning landscape and lifestyle all to it's own that often gets mixed together with the park.

This image was captured on the quintessential Sargent Drive located down the eastern side of Somes Sound on Mt. Desert Island.

I called it "Reflections" because of all the unique reflections that occur in the image...the sky on the water, the mountain on the water and the sunset's golden reflection on Somes Sound.
